OUR PHILOSOPHY
GODSPEED SPORTS PERFORMANCE is a forward thinking company designed to offer society a well rounded, responsible, yet relentlessly competitive athlete who accepts his/her responsibility as a role model for youth. We attack three major areas in each athlete: Mind, Body and Spirit. Our goal is to give teams “instant players” which can be taught any appropriate tactical scheme, thereby creating depth at all team positions. We work hand in hand with coaches and parents to help achieve what is best for the athlete, period.
In today’s competitive athletic environment the demand for effective individual attention is at a premium. We are Jacksonville’s only sports enhancement company that seeks the clients well being in and outside the sporting arena. Our training is based on four spiritual principles we wear as honorary badges: Wisdom, Diligence, Perseverance and Purpose. These principles are taught during sessions as well as periodic huddles, in which we get the opportunity to fellowship with our clients. We truly believe that seeing a sermon is better than hearing a sermon.
OUR HEAD COACH
Coach Marts has experience and success developing athletes of all ages and from many sports. What is unique about Godspeed is that we can train using traditional drills or we can design a drill a drill to enhance a specific skill that is necessary for the next step in attaining a desired goal. Each one of our clients can truly say that they receive personal instruction and not a “cookie cutter” program. Every athlete is different and has different needs, so we treat them as such.
